Starting in 1988 at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (U.P.C.), GSD gathers a multidisciplinary group with the highest technical level. Its members have been trained in the best institutions of telecommunications, electronics, informatics and industrial engineering, in the Barcelona universities.

Whenever possible, we carry out systems development based on modelling and simulation. An advanced working philosophy seeking tailored solutions in constant dialog with our customers. Maintaining a creative view of their problems.

Concurrent, distributed and real-time systems, software and hardware, is our main area of expertise. Specialized modelling and simulation of communication networks and many other types of systems, distributed and real-time. This is combined with digital signal processing, voice, image, etc. Our group has participated and organized international symposiums and workshops. Communications, papers, articles, as well as our ISO quality manual are available.
